Product Overview

Hangbo Alloy Group supplies nickel alloy plates and sheets produced through controlled hot rolling and cold rolling processes. Our plates feature uniform grain structure, excellent flatness, and consistent mechanical properties across the entire surface. Each plate is solution-annealed and descaled to ensure optimal corrosion resistance and surface quality.

We provide plates in a wide range of thicknesses, from thin cold-rolled sheets for fabrication and lining applications to thick hot-rolled plates for pressure vessels and structural components. All plates can be cut to custom dimensions using plasma, waterjet, or laser cutting.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What thickness range is available for plates and sheets?

Cold-rolled sheets are available from 0.3 mm to 4.75 mm. Hot-rolled plates range from 4.75 mm to 120 mm. Standard widths are 1,000-2,500 mm with lengths up to 12,000 mm. Custom dimensions can be cut to specification using plasma, waterjet, or laser cutting.

What surface finishes are available?

We offer six standard surface finishes: No.1 (hot-rolled pickled), 2B (cold-rolled smooth), BA (bright annealed), No.4 (brushed), HL (hairline), and mirror polish. Additional finishes such as sandblasted and electro-polished are available upon request.

Can you supply plates with clad bonding?

Yes. We supply explosion-bonded and roll-bonded clad plates with nickel alloy cladding on carbon steel or stainless steel base material. Clad thickness ratios can be customized (typically 10-30% cladding thickness). This provides cost-effective corrosion resistance for large pressure vessels.

Do you provide plates with third-party inspection?

Yes. We can arrange third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV, Lloyd's Register, or DNV at our facility. EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certification is available. We also support customer-witnessed inspection and source inspection.
