From raw materials to finished components — round bars, seamless tubes, plates, strips, forgings, and welding wire in 200+ grades.
Shanghai Hangbo Alloy Group supplies the complete range of nickel-alloy product forms — round bars and rods, seamless tubes and pipes, plates and sheets, precision strips, forgings, and welding wire — in more than 200 grades covering Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy, Nimonic, pure nickel and cobalt superalloys.
All material is melted from a fully virgin, prime charge using vacuum induction melting (VIM) and, where the specification calls for it, electroslag remelting (ESR) or vacuum arc remelting (VAR). Every batch is finished to ASTM, ASME, DIN and AMS standards and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, with third-party inspection available on request. Whether you need a single machined bar or a container-load of seamless heat-exchanger tube, we match the form, grade and temper to the service.
High-precision nickel alloy round bars in custom diameters and lengths. Suitable for machined components, shafts, and structural applications across aerospace and industrial sectors.
Manufactured to ASTM/ASME standards for high-pressure and high-temperature service. Suitable for chemical, petrochemical, and power generation environments.
Hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates and sheets with excellent surface finish. Wide range of thicknesses for fabrication, lining, and heat exchanger applications.
Ultra-thin cold-rolled precision strips with tight dimensional tolerances. Ideal for spring manufacturing, electronic contacts, battery connectors, and heat exchanger components.
Custom forgings including flanges, rings, discs, and complex shapes. Advanced forging technology ensures superior mechanical properties for critical applications.
Nickel alloy MIG/TIG welding wire and coiled wire rod. Precision-wound coils ensure smooth feeding and consistent arc performance across all nickel-based grades.
Forged and fabricated components, plus grade-specific supply across Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, Incoloy and pure nickel.
Choosing a nickel alloy starts with two independent decisions: the product form (how the metal is shaped) and the grade (what the metal is made of). The form is set by your manufacturing route — machining, bending, rolling, welding or forging — while the grade is set by the service environment: temperature, corrosive media, pressure and mechanical load.
Once the form is fixed, select the grade by the environment. Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C-276 handle aggressive chlorides, pitting and crevice corrosion; Monel 400 and K-500 suit seawater and hydrofluoric acid; Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT cover high-temperature oxidation; pure Nickel 200/201 serve caustic duty; and Inconel 718 or 617 provide high-temperature strength. If you are unsure, our engineers will recommend the grade that meets your specification at the lowest cost.
Every product ships with EN 10204 3.1 certification and full traceability to the melt. We supply to ASTM, ASME, AMS, DIN and EN specifications, and can arrange EN 10204 3.2 witnessed testing or third-party inspection for critical applications.
