Product Overview

Hangbo Alloy Group manufactures and supplies nickel alloy round bars engineered for demanding environments. Our bars are produced through a controlled process of vacuum induction melting (VIM) followed by electroslag remelting (ESR) or vacuum arc remelting (VAR), ensuring exceptional metallurgical purity and uniform mechanical properties throughout the cross-section.

Each bar undergoes 100% ultrasonic testing, dimensional inspection, and surface defect examination before dispatch. We supply bars in hot-finished, cold-drawn, peeled, ground, and polished conditions to meet specific customer requirements for aerospace, chemical processing, oil & gas, marine, and nuclear applications.

What diameter range can you manufacture?

Standard diameters range from 3 mm to 500 mm. Bars can be produced in hot-finished condition for larger diameters and cold-drawn for smaller, precision sizes. Custom diameters outside the standard range can be discussed.

What surface finishes are available?

We offer five surface conditions: hot finished (as-forged), cold drawn (smooth surface), peeled (roughness Ra 3.2), ground (Ra 0.8-1.6), and polished (Ra 0.4-0.8). The appropriate finish depends on the application and customer specification.

Do you provide Mill Test Reports?

Yes. Every shipment includes a certified Mill Test Report (MTR) with full chemical analysis, mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness), heat treatment records, and non-destructive testing results. A Certificate of Conformance (CoC) is also provided.

Can you supply bars with special certifications?

Yes. We can provide bars with third-party certifications from BV, SGS, TUV, Lloyd's Register, and DNV. We also support EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certification. Nuclear-grade and aerospace-grade documentation packages are available.
